ROLLINWITHPOLAN (6) Controlled the pace to win by a margin of 2 3/4L last start at Santa Anita and displaying improvement over the past few runs. Should jump out and bowl along. No surprise to see a win. JUST DEAL (5) Ran home strongly to win last run at Santa Anita but matched against tougher rivals. First start for a new trainer. Has good finishing speed. Has to be included. CRUCIBLE (1) Good effort to run 3rd beaten by almost 2 1/2L last run at Los Alamitos and competing at a lower grade. Honest performer putting a tidy record together. Could be a value selection. SMOKEM EZ (7) Displayed a good turn of foot when winning last run at Los Alamitos and dropping in class. Has a great burst of speed late. Showing improvement in recent outings. Not out of this.
